Additionally, create service sales opportunities and recommendations based on customers' requirements.• Troubleshoot and diagnose UPS system malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or replacement of faulty components using UPS tuner software and service manuals available on the TIPI technical database.• Monitor and manage the health of UPS batteries, including periodic testing and replacement as needed.• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports on installations, maintenance, and repairs. • Responsible for analyzing power system disturbances, monitoring, assessing, and troubleshooting all fault clearance system (FCS) and other control and protection system equipment. Also, responsible for testing protection and disturbance monitoring equipment to confirm their operation, ensuring a safe, efficient, secure, and reliable operation of the NGCP grid protection system.• Performs testing based on standardized guidelines and procedures for protective relay and network disturbance monitoring equipment (NDME) selection.• Monitors and evaluates the status of the FCS and other protection equipment such as special protection systems (SPS) to ensure the power system’s operation remains reliable and secure.• Operates the Protection Management System (PMS) for continuous monitoring of the operational status of protective relays and network disturbance monitoring equipment (NDME) at various substations and for reliable data retrieval.

• Provide technical support for rectifier and inverter system products primarily installed in Base Transceiver Stations (BTS) and Mobile Switching Centers (MSC) across various telecom and power distribution industries.• Supervise and manage local contractors nominated to clients for the installation of rectifiers and inverters, ensuring proper commissioning procedures and thorough documentation.• Conduct technical training sessions for our products, educating customers on system operation and maintenance.• Deliver product presentations alongside sales personnel, offering in-depth explanations of the technical specifications.• Offer support and guidance to sales personnel in system sizing, battery capacity calculations, double-checking proposed solutions, and preparing Bills of Materials (BOMs) to meet various customer requirements for both NPS and hybrid systems.

• Manage contractors for the installation of new rectifier and inverter systems, including batteries, for Base Transceiver Stations (BTS) and Mobile Switching Centers (MSC).• Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance for various brands of rectifier and inverter systems installed at sites and data centers.• Provide 24/7 on-call support for troubleshooting power issues, especially in mobile switching centers where server communication may be affected.• Oversee the commissioning and acceptance of newly installed rectifier and inverter systems on-site, conducting proper testing and battery discharge tests.• Perform monthly monitoring of all rectifier and inverter systems installed in mobile switching centers to optimize utilization, prevent overload, and ensure the stability of power transformers.
