A 16-month rotational program working across the Brand Strategy and Creator Services & Editorial organizations (as a brand strategist and cultural curator, respectively).

-- Aided the Assistant Director of Student Development in the organization and execution of several signature programs inclusive of Family Weekend programming, Parent Orientation sessions, and Learning Communities student/faculty collaborative majors-based programming.Assisted faculty members in coordinating student-centered programs on campus and city-based excursions.-- Maintained and helped facilitate a developmental working environment for the office student workers with my fellow graduate assistants.

Collaborated with senior strategists in the analysis of consumer trends to build unique and compelling creative briefs. Assisted team members in the creation of successful long-term strategic concepts for clients. Coordinated and moderated in-home focus groups for clients in order to reveal valuable and relevant consumer insights.

-- Assisted the SVP/Director of Media Services; meetings with with sales reps, status meetings, etc. Completed creative and spending competitive audits for various group members (Account, Creative, Production). -- Issued monthly insertion orders and contributed to monthly positioning reports for numerous clients. Analyzed digital metrics and print plan positioning via MARS and DoubleClick software.

-- Assisted in the selection of Orientation Staff by participating in both group and individual interviews.-- Served as a Liaison to all administrators participating in the Summer Orientation Program.-- Planned and helped instruct the New Student Orientation Leader training class.
