~I jumped into the career field by obtaining a license as a Childcare Provider and a job in a daycare where optimism, patience, creativity and the ability to direct up to 4 dozen children aged 2-12 years old were daily skills I used for 4 years and 5 days. 😅~I then decided to switch career fields to hospitality by becoming a housekeeper for a cleaning company where I was tasked with driving to and cleaning people's private homes where I was required to provide 100% customer satisfaction by using an eye for fine details and skills in deep cleaning. I also worked for a large hotel where I obtained the title of assistant to the head housekeeper so I was tasked with checking my coworker's work when the head housekeeper was unavailable.😊~I am currently the Business Manager, Phone & Office Manager and Social Media Manager for a small business since approximately 7 weeks after it opened. I started out as just the housekeeper but have since been promoted to head housekeeper and Assistant Manager and in the time I have been with this business, I have learned how to direct and appoint tasks to a crew of people, assist guests in-person along with over the phone & through email, track business growth, improve the business based on customer feedback and promote the business online (I am currently improving those skills via Google courses). 👏🏻 ~My current career is part-time approximately half of the year, however, as the hospitality business tends to slow down where I am located so I am wishing to obtain a completely remote career in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Customer Support and Social Media Management with a second company that will allow me to learn new skills, expand the skills I currently have and become financially stable year-round. 🙏🏻
