Tim’s experience in the data protection industry spans almost 20 years. Prior to Probax, he was the Senior Vice President and GM for J2 Global’s backup business with both B2B and B2C portfolio companies under management. Established in 2003 and listed in 2013, Inabox Group is one of the few providers in the market that offers a full suite of IT and Telecommunications products, services and support including, next generation NBN, Business Ethernet, IP voice services, fixed voice, mobile, connectivity, cloud, managed IT services, and hosted collaboration, Network as a Service (NaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IAAS) services.Inabox Group Limited operates under the brands Anittel, Hostworks, Telcoinabox, iVox and Neural Networks. Each brand offers specialist products and services to its Enablement, Wholesale and Direct channels. I led a team of 6 State Managers responsible for delivering $85m+ revenue across 2 of the 3 channels of Inabox Group (Direct & Wholesale).

I led an organisation wide project that removed barriers to achieving significant revenue growth in the company's communications services in its direct channel (Anittel). The scope of the project included a comprehensive review and re-calibration of the company's products, pricing models, provisioning and operational resources, systems, sales and support processes, sales tools, collateral and training programs. Following the successful delivery of the project, I worked with the company's Executive and State Management Teams to develop and execute strategies to further accelerate revenue growth. Anittel Communications grew its year end revenue from $0.6m to $3.7m via a combination of organic growth and acquisition strategies.

Following the acquisition of Anittel in 2015, I led the direct (Anittel) and wholesale (Telcoinabox) channels in WA. I developed and executed strategy to deliver consistent profitable growth in a highly competitive market. My continued success as a State Manager led to my promotion to General Manager, Communications.

Anittel is a national IT and Telecommunications company with over 100 staff across 12 regional and metropolitan offices. Anittel Group Ltd was formed in 2010 following the merger of telecommunications integrator Hostech Limited (ASX:HTC) with IT companies: Accord Technologies Pty Ltd, Anittel, Aspirence and Axxis Technology. Hostech was subsequently renamed to Anittel Group Ltd (ASX:AYG).In 2015 Anittel was acquired by IT and Telecommunications services provider Inabox Group Ltd (ASX:IAB)Reporting to the COO, I was responsible for the overall performance of the largest state in the Anittel business (by revenue and employee count). I led a team of 30+ staff providing IT&T solutions to education, enterprise, health, finance, government and not-for-profit clients. I had full P&L responsibility and delivered substantial YOY growth.
