From April 2012, this led to an ongoing role developing advice and support on gender equality for People 1st (the Hospitality Industry’s Sector Skills Council). Moorfields' Eye Hospital: Developed Trust’s response to the Public Sector Equality Duty; ensuring compliance with Equalities Legislation and developing the Trust’s diversity and inclusion strategy 2012-2015. Currently supporting Trust’s staff in delivery of that strategy.TAWLA: Professional volunteer role (April 2010 – July 2010) with an African Human Rights and Gender Equality Campaign in Tanzania. Significantly improved the quality of the charity’s communications and media profile through its website, corporate communications and enhanced reporting of activity to donors.
