    BT: Developing BT's ‘Hiring Heroes’ initiative (a CR programme generating jobs and work experience for wounded ex-military personnel); role required development of business plan, negotiating partnerships with the recruitment industry, providing a steer on political aspects, creation of job descriptions and recruitment of BT employee volunteers.Capita: Delivered a DWP programme (August 2010 - December 2011) to engage the hospitality and manufacturing sectors in the employment of older workers. Recruited and worked with 16 industry stakeholders to improve awareness of older workers. Created all campaign collateral (business case, press articles and best practice guides). From April 2012, this led to an ongoing role developing advice and support on gender equality for People 1st (the Hospitality Industry’s Sector Skills Council). Moorfields' Eye Hospital: Developed Trust’s response to the Public Sector Equality Duty; ensuring compliance with Equalities Legislation and developing the Trust’s diversity and inclusion strategy 2012-2015. Currently supporting Trust’s staff in delivery of that strategy.TAWLA: Professional volunteer role (April 2010 – July 2010) with an African Human Rights and Gender Equality Campaign in Tanzania. Significantly improved the quality of the charity’s communications and media profile through its website, corporate communications and enhanced reporting of activity to donors. Living Wage Campaign: Delivered campaign strategy for engaging employers on behalf of the Living Wage Campaign, including development of their business strategy and recruitment of an outstanding Campaign Director.Race Online 2012: Created a regional engagement strategy (January – April 2010). The role involved pitch development and testing as the campaign sought to secure support from employers based in the English regions.
