Worked with a dynamic team of attorneys focusing on personal injury litigation. Primary responsibility included managing a robust set of client matters from the initial stages through to litigation. Tried personal injury cases to jury verdict in counties surrounding Dallas and in Houston. Responsible for the development and execution of trial strategy - including motions practice; court hearings; discovery; prosecuting and defending depositions; negotiation and mediation. Secondary responsibility included the redevelopment of several internal litigation systems.
