Human Resources Business Partner
Current- Developed and implemented HR strategies for recruitment, retention, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, diversity, and staffing.
- Lead the Onboarding process for a team of 5; created and integrated value stream to address the gaps within talent acquisition process.
- Manage 30 open requisitions at a time with the team of 2, including myself.
- Serve as the business partner to various levels, including, VP, Executive Directors, Directors, and managers to ensure business decisions consider the people implications and minimize company exposure.
- Assist in providing strategic advice, counsel, and consultative solutions to team members on people management aspects of their teams to include driving organizational development, team effectiveness, succession.
- Manage 30 open immigration cases, interfacing with both the employee and attorneys daily.
