- strategic planning and business development through establishment of new products and revampment of existing products- primary contact with regulators and business partners on issues related to products- budget and monitor expenses for funds establishment- development and enhancement of TAIM staff's knowledge and awareness on product offerings and market development- project management to ensure fund launch within the timeline - conduct KYC and due diligence on business partners

- Support the development of Retail Bank’s segment strategy and institutionalization of a segment-led culture across the bank to achieve business objectives.- Use insights from segment portraits, playbooks, research etc to understand segment characteristics, behaviour and needs to develop marketing programmes, campaign communication and activities that appeal and is relevant to the target segment- Support the management, monitoring and planning of the Retail marketing budget and initiatives.- Support the development and execution of marketing and communication campaigns that support the priority segments including monitoring the delivery segment programme strategies by influencing and recommending the right approach, right products/services, pricing, infrastructure, channels etc to maximise the lifetime value of the target segments.- Support key stakeholders to design, execute and track segment programmes and communications including alignment of marketing initiatives, improve efficiency and effectiveness of marketing spend, etc.- Work with key stakeholders to obtain data to monitor and track segment based performance targets.- Act as a change agent to drive the segment agenda across the Group.

Main driver for development and design of client acquisition, cross-sales and retention programs at supporting the sales force in their efforts to retain and migrates the customer to profitable segment thru product bundling and campaigns. Provide support to the Distribution Channel by attending to and processing customer requests accurately and in a timely manner, resolving issues and enquiries, and escalating operational issues to the relevant parties for resolution. Assist operational matters for HNW & PWC pertaining to the product & services specifically in areas of product development, product and service enhancement, tactical campaign, training & value add proposition. To execute and facilitate campaign-related operations within the general campaign function, ensuring the achievement of campaign goals. To work with various counterparties, internal and external, to build the product bundling and campaign for the segment.
