Demonstrating and presenting IBM Datacenter network solution, SDNVE overlay solution ,OF solutions at POC.New product early engagement, working with PLM and Engineering team to address some quality, customer usability issues. Product launch engagement for both internal and external; Webinar, SEs/Customer early adoption and provided demonstration/test and troubleshooting. - Customer escalation coming from NA/EMEA direct accounts or through MTS and PE around the globe. As an Sr. System Integration Test(SIT)/Support Engineer, - Supporting field engineers, customer in debugging issues, isolating cause of issues, and partnering with the Development Team on resolution. - Providing inputs on test cases, executing test cases, collecting data on faults, reporting test progress to the Development and management team. - Designs, develops, executes product level test strategies andtest plans based on Functional Specifications and Product Requirements documents and to provide test engineering support to Development Team, OEM partner, Reseller, Field engineers and end users for next generation product as well as current released product.- As for the product launch cycle it requires to review documents(manual, release note and etc) and for the resolution delivery, the solution delivery report is required. - Working with cross functional product teams to maximize system quality and product delivery
