During this internship I carried out research and multiple analyses pertaining to potential land and commercial property acquisition in Texas and surrounding states. This process entailed utilizing the real estate software CoStar, as well as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, to present my findings after completing a multi-week project and additional smaller real estate tasks. Additionally, I communicated with multiple realtors and took part in a site visit. I have completed this internship gaining significant knowledge and experience into the inner workings of real estate finance.
