• Reviewing the project plan along with the project planner and assisting in the preparation of subcontract package for any work that requires being outsourced.
• Coordinating and ensuring that engineering and associated drafting work is carried out by the respective operational personnel in accordance with the specifications and schedule.
• Reviewing the lessons learned database to identify lessons that can be put to use on the project.
