Use of essential admin tools including AD / DNS / DHCP / GPO / Azure AD / Exchange/Online / M365 / Apple School Manager et al. Supported Windows 7 / 8 / 10 / Office 2010 - 2016 / Exchange 2010 / Server 2008 R2 & 2012. Experience of systems such as SonicWall and iBOSS Firewalls, Aventail Remote Access, VMWare vSphere, VEEAM and Workstation. iPad deployment using Configurator & Profile Manager eventually utilising JAMF. Printer deployment using PCounter Print Manager to administer printing balances and printer rules, later upgrading to and deploying PaperCut across the network. Organised, attentive and self-motivated work ethic with a strong desire to educate staff on how to resolve issues. A polite, kind manner in responding to client problems and help via e-mail, phone and in person.
