As an associate onboard one of the fleets over the seas, I've gained knowledge thanks to the diversity of my responsibilities and colleagues, one of my biggest responsibilities was the processing of demarkation of people and materials over the ports according to local port regulations following each country legislation, which is related to the knowledge that I gained before as a Sustanciador working with the Cancilleria in Colombia. As of now, I'm looking forward to new opportunities to give my best and my experience in order to build team. I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the table, as I am fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, and have worked with clients and candidates from different countries and cultures.I have also worked as a Talent Acquisition Associate at remoti and a Recruiter at Solvo Global, where I developed sourcing strategies, conducted screening and technical interviews, and maintained communication and feedback with clients and candidates for IT positions worldwide. My core competencies include employee training, communication, and CRM management. Lately, I have a Bachelor's degree (BS) in International Physical Distribution Technology at Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA), where I am learning about logistics, materials, and supply chain management.
