My vision is a world where people feel empowered to build community while advancing gender equality, diversity, and women’s sports. I bring 10 years of product development experience as the founder of two sports startups and a Product Manager at several high-growth companies.In 2019, I joined Hudl Sports as a Senior Product Manager where I was responsible for delivering an instant replay solution for the NBA, NHL, Premier League, and various other professional leagues and international events, including the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup. I delivered bi-monthly, feature rich releases that stabilized the platform and helped protect a $50M product line. In that role, I led an 8-person remote team of engineers and designers while setting the strategy for a global sales and marketing team primarily focused in North America, Europe, and Asia.At the beginning of the year, I followed a mentor from Hudl to Robin Powered where I currently lead our Workplace Analytics team as a remote PM. I was also responsible for writing Robin’s international expansion strategy for the executive team to prepare for our Series C pitch; researching data residency and localization requirements, engineering investments, and GTM strategy.At 19, I founded my first startup, ProfilePasser -- an app that connected high school athletes and college recruiters on the field. I graduated from a nationally-recognized accelerator and built and validated my idea while a full-time college student and with only $25k in funding. In 2014, my startup was named to Inc. Magazine’s Top 4 College Startups in America. In 2016, I co-founded my second company, Techne Futbol, with professional soccer player Yael Averbuch.I enjoy rapidly generating ideas, building products that provide meaningful user experiences, and bridging the gap between sports and technology. I’m a self-starter with an insatiable thirst for learning, but what truly makes me unique is my natural bent for telling great stories and translating work to a wider audience. As a non-technical founder, this strength has been critical to my success. Whether recruiting engineering talent to build my first product with hand-drawn sketches or convincing 12 Olympic medalists to join a production I was leading for no fee, I know how to rally others around a cause and inspire them to partner with me.
