Resourcing CV's, interviewing candidates and matching them with Suitable positions

Working for this Production and Event Management Company, my duties include the smooth running of the office, which involves raising all purchase orders, inputting supplier and customer invoices on to the Sage System and reconciling all payments with the bank statements. I am responsible for ensuring prompt payment to suppliers and maintaining up to date records of outstanding invoices from clients.

Working in a very busy recruitment office, I ran the perms desk which involved Business Development, sourcing CV’s using the Reed and Total Jobs websites, contacting suitable candidates to discuss potential jobs and liaising with clients to arrange interviews and discuss job offers and placement details.

Working in a team, the role has encompassed a range of sales and marketing, customer service and administrative skills. Selling fully and partially funded training courses to both public and private sector companies, on behalf of numerous F.E colleges. The job has provided continued professional development and delivered up to date training in both current legislation and equal opportunity policies.

I ran the temporary division of an independent recruitment consultancy based in the City of London. Developing major accounts in Blue Chip companies dealing with both candidates and clients throughout the entire recruitment process.

Working as part of a small team I was responsible for sourcing candidates and contacting companies to match them with suitable positions.
