Work Authorization Forms Coordinator-before work (individual jobs) commenced, the Work Authorization Coordinator (WAFCOR) was responsible for the physical lockout/ tag out and administrative compliance to commence company work. This always included coordinating closely with WAFCORs from various companies/ government entities/ project managers.

Quality management of hydraulic oil, lube oils, fuel and machinery coolant water.

Preventative/ corrective maintenance supervisor, which consisted of scheduling and accounting for all maintenance within the main propulsion room, maintaining the maintenance software system, training personnel and constructive feedback to technical representatives and program owners. Prior experience working with diesel engines, diesel generators, piping systems and valves (air, fluids, hazmat) clutched systems, air compressors, hydraulic systems and geared systems is required. As a supervisor, I was responsible for ensuring personnel were qualified to perform tasks, while providing them with the tools, parts and materials and training needed to complete the required work. Requisitioning tools, parts, materials from local supply was required as well as outside vendors. Local maintenance procedures were revised, quarterly to ensure accuracy and readiness. Keeping a record of immediate maintenance changes was critical to keep maintenance personnel updated and safe.
