My career started off in Human Resources initially as an Account Executive. I worked in various divisions of HR but enjoyed working as a Recruiter. I worked for a company in New York called RCM technologies as a Medical Staff Specialist. I placed Physicians, Nurses, and Physical therapist on contract and full time assignments. It was at this company where I really realized my potential as a recruiter. I had found my Niche and I excelled at it. I worked for the next seven yrs as a Medical recruiter. While I thoroughly enjoyed my job as a recruiter it offered very little flexibility to have a family. So I took a fee years break and went into Substitute Teaching for the St Johns school system for about three years. Currently I am an Author working on publishing my second book-the sequel to Solutionize and Simplify.
