• Work with Businesses to provide Technical guidance when ordering Stand-a-lone and Blades Servers for 2 Data Center and Remote sites via SRDM.• Approve Capacity requests for Compute, Memory and Storage request via CPM Portal• Assists in the planning, forecasting, implementation and the identification of Virtual Server resource re-quirements for systems of moderate complexity• Responsible for identifying and resolving enterprise, monitoring, storage and problems (Tier 3 support) uti-lizing structured troubleshooting tools and techniques. CIRBA, VSphere 6.5, BMC-Perceiver• Interfaces with vendors customers on complex system problems• Maintain and assist in managing the hardware or software infrastructure using various engineering tools• Build partnerships with project teams and works closely with internal and external customers and vendors• Ability to foster strong partnerships with business customers, peer groups and vendors• Configure and order HP Gen 8, 9 and 10 Rack and Blade Servers • Order CISCO Servers, Racks, Switches and other Infrastructure hardware for Business and Remote sites us-ing SRDB/ARIBA software• Assign VMs, Clusters, Host, LUNs and VLANS for Linux and Windows VMware Server requests using VSphere 6.5 Client• Monitor Capacity availability, ie; vCPUs, memory and Storage space using VSphere Client and CIRBA• Review Server name changes and capacity upgrades in Remedy Management software.• Manage Tasks using Service Now and ARIBA ordering tool• Manage implementation of the automation of Virtual Machines in 2 Data Centers and 6 Domain environ-ment • Attended vBlock working sessions before they were installed in Data Centers• Work with vendors Enpoint, CISCO and Engineering to configure Rack Mount, Blade Servers, Chassis and Racks for Gen 10 and M5 Servers• Track the approval, ordering, delivery of hardware purchase via ARIBA purchase software
