Major achievements:1) From 1985 until 2006: Developed, maintained and enhanced TSE Profor Windows and Linux. The program is written in ANSI C. There is acompatibility layer that interfaces with the Win32 API and the LinuxAPI. TSE Pro includes a macro language so that users can extend theprogram as needed. TSE Pro consists of over 100,000 lines of sourcecode, with 90,000 lines being in platform neutral ANSI C. 2) Additionalsignificant software developed using the C programming languageincludes: an editor toolkit; various editors licensed by many companies;a spelling checker; a version of grep; a sorting utility; filecompression/decompression utilities; various CGI programs for theSemWare website; a custom patch utility; a pascal compiler; embeddedprogram development. 3) Developed TSE Pro for DOS; it was one of themost powerful and easy-to-use text editors at the time, and yet onlyrequired 128k of memory. 4) Developed QEdit for DOS and OS/2, known forsmall size, speed and ease-of-use. 5) Shipped over 4000 upgrade copiesof TSE Pro in less than 4 weeks. 6) Wrote large portions of TSE Prodocumentation, which runs to over 600 pages. 7) Had a booth at Comdex inAtlanta. 8) Produced several newsletters that were mailed to thousandsof customers. 9) SemWare peaked at 15 employees in 1990, with over$750,000 of annual sales, shipping over 500 copies per month. 10)SemWare's software products have been licensed by more than 150,000users world-wide.
