Sammy Mutinda, best known as "Sammy Yogi" his brand name. Is a certified yoga instructor specialising power yoga vinyasa flow, Yin yoga & YOD (your own determination) for Kids Yoga, beginners & intermediate adult yoga sessions. In 2019 he graduated from the 200hrs teacher training academy program powered by Africa Yoga Project. In 2020 awarded YOD Level 1 enabled by Danielle Jokinen &Brianna Salmela. In 2023 awarded Yin yoga 50hrs teacher training powered by Yin Yoga Africa enabled by my teacher Benny Yin.Sammy Yogi is also an art enthusiastic when not practicing Yoga he also make art visual. His art disciplines involves painting, sculpting and print making among other decor crafts. Wajukuu Arts situated between the Nairobi capital and the outskarts is where he share his skills incoparating both Yoga & art to the marginalise community holding free outreach classes.
