Oversee the operation of the firm, including an active role in new business development, project production management, contract negotiation, design quality review and client satisfaction assurance. Design and manage the firm’s scope of innovative, award winning projects.

Start as a project designer for two elementary school designs, from conceptual to completion of the projects. Later serve as a project leader to lead design team for multiple winning competitions, including large residential/mixed use development which brings multi-million contract value to the firm. Participate into later production of the winning competitions as project manager. Work with the design team to produce SD, DD and CD packages with project architect. Responsible for client interaction and consultant coordination throughout the project.
