Roughly $9,000,000 worth of military parts a month would flow through that inspection utilizing this tool. ·Assisted an ESTO engineer in conducting surveys with operators for their Green Belt Six Sigma Project to assist in eliminating PID (Process Incidental Damage). I gathered input from 6 data points ranging from environmental to design process factors at every operation for business unit 380 in CSMC to develop future solutions. A solution of 3D printed caps for Low Pressure Compressor Rotors 1 and 4.·Contributed to the F.O.D (Foreign Object Debris) Council by investigating how to prevent FOD on our existing part cart’s.
