• Direct all projects within site-based operations• Lead, direct and coach Insite Technicians• Manage assigned personnel, equipment, material, and subcontractors• Conduct facility-wide compliance audits to include inspections of staging, accumulating and storage areas to ensure proper housekeeping procedures and compliance• Ensure work performance is planned and coordinated according to schedule, quality and budget objectives• Maintain project work-site in a safe and environmentally sound condition per DOT, EPA and SA requirements• Manage waste storage area and ensure that material is properly packaged, profiled, and labeled prior to shipment• Act as CHES-IS single point of contact with the customer/client for all operational activities• Communicate InSite project updates to leadership utilizing Microsoft Office programs, WinWeb, and Oracle People Soft

• Perform emergency response activities including chemical and water spills, etiological and biological contamination, tank cleaning, and equipment decontamination• Execute lab pack projects/jobs and ensure proper packaging of material/waste compliance• Ensure quality control of waste materials to be shipped• Conduct projects according to site specific Federal, State and local regulations as well as health and safety plans• Make chemical pickups throughout customer facility; conduct chemical bulking and consolidation• DOT Training Certified• RCRA Training Certified• OSHA Training Certified• HAZWOPER
