In 2007 I started as a YouthCare Worker, attending the minors, keeping count, doing field trips, keeping count of all the kids whereabouts at all times. After a year of being with the company I was promoted to House Manager. With the same responsibilities of the Youth CareWorker but now with more responsibilities working hand in hand with the Operational Manager and supervising all the YouthCare Workers. Completing payroll schedules, work schedules, daily/weekly/monthly reports. Also being in charge of all ordering of products, completing weekly meetings with minors and staff and serious injury reports that were submitted to the government.
