-Taking orders and processing payments via Doordash, Uber Eats, and in person (cash register) -Ensure the front house is neat and clean, restocking items and answering questions from customers -Provide friendly and accurate service -Memorize the recipe for drinks and make the drinks in a fast and timely manner

-Greeting customers in an friendly manner and efficiently taking orders -Manage the usage of processing payments through the cash register and online transactions-Coordinating quickly with kitchen staff on customers’ orders and ensure that customer’s receive their order on-time (during busy hours)-Restock display packaged food items and beverages on shelves; maintain a clean work environment

-Assist in the guidance and functioning for entrances, vehicles, shuttle services, parking lots, and pedestrian routes-Working together with Safety, Reservation, and House team for crowd management in regards to safety, health, concerns, and emergencies -Attend pre-season orientations and Dry Runs to learn about the organization's background and get hands-on experience with the equipment and participation in safety drills -Assist in the set-up and breakdown of equipment, including barricades, aisles, fencing, signage, tables and benches-Maintain Concert Meadow gates and monitor patron ingress and egress-Promote public safety and cultivate a positive patron experience within the assigned area by welcoming, interacting with, and informing patrons of policy and procedure-Perform crowd control, including maintaining clear aisle ways and emergency exit paths-Assist elderly and people with disabilities in seating and venue mobility-Provide directions to venue amenities such as bathrooms, concessions, water, the medical tent, and general orientation-Attend on-site staff meetings and execute tasks under direction of House Leaders

-Assisted teachers in managing and coordinating schedules, educational and recreational arrangements for middle school students-Conducted research and prepared presentations on various topics related to varying class activities (sports, arts & crafts, i.e.)-Provided additional support, including planning events, maintaining the classrooms, and preparing immediate needs for students, fellow interns, and faculty members
