Heading up the Sewell & Gardner Land Team I work closely with land owners, house builders, architects and commercial agents across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire to optimise the return on developments.Our team works on a wide range of development opportunities including Garden Plots, Brownfield Land, Site Assembly and Strategic Land Sites. Recent developments include both mixed scheme and residential from single dwellings to in excess of 100 units. Utilising our branch network across the region we also provide consultancy advice to land owners looking to explore the opportunities for development.

Overseeing the day to day operation of the business and ensuing that all the required systems and processes were in place and being adhered to. During this time I worked closely with the Land and New Homes Team supporting their work with local land owners and house builders.

Providing support to property lawyers and liaising with clients to ensure the smooth progress of transactions.
