My responsibilities include creating content on social media with key information and alerts for residents. This includes the heroic work of Community Wardens, warning residents of potential scams and supporting businesses through COVID-19 and U.K. Transition.

Created an exciting digital identity for Dreamland, my duties included being responsible for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube content. This included revamping the look & feel, tone of voice and segmenting the audience based on detailed market research. As a result, I achieved the highest engagement rate, considerable amount of new followings and better B2C interaction across all channels. I also have experience in managing crisis comms, budgeting and finance, working with different types of software and interacting with influencers from various industries.

Working within a fast-paced retail environment, I played an important role in motivating the team and bringing energy to the shop floor. Keeping regular communication within the team and across the region, I was able to create new incentives to drive sales. In addition, I had the opportunity to takeover O2 Careers Instagram account to highlight the perks of working within a great brand. I utilised a series of photos, videos and stories to support the engagement with applicants and create a live Q&A session with followers with questions they may have. This campaign was highly successful, with 90% more engagement compared to previous posts.Lastly, I worked alongside NSPCC in hosting a charity drives to highlight online safety with children. This included workshops and activities for both parents and children on how to protect themselves online.
