With over 20 years of experience in system firmware/software development, customer support, security/thermal technologies, product management, and technical marketing, I am currently a Test Senior Principal Engineer at Dell Technologies, one of the leading PC manufacturers in the world. In the earlier role of Dell BIOS architect, I devoted in making sure the readiness of BIOS/firmware architecture of Dell's consumer notebook product lines, including Inspiron, Vostro, and G-Series.
