I co-produce The Woogie Stage (booking talent, negotiating with talent management), design the stage programming and performer time-slots, oversee audio install, maintain our schedule parameters, coordinate with festival staff, medical and city agencies, manage talent, help with artist hospitality and ensure our stage runs smoothly 14 hours/day for 3 days straight.
