During my time in this role I was responsible for online pricing & promotions management for Womenswear, Miss Shop, Menswear, Accessories & Footwear, Childrenswear and clearance markdowns companywide. In this role I was lucky enough to be able to assist my manager in putting together a new process that allowed the team to work more efficiently and avoid errors on the live site. This involved looking into our currently processes and working with relevant stakeholders on ways that this could be improved for all parties involved.This involved:- Engaging with stakeholders to gain information needed to replicate applicable in-store promotions online- Assisting with the creation of an online pricing and promotions user guide- Manage and implement promotional pricing and offers- Revisiting processes on a regular basis to ensure tasks are completed in the most timely and efficient matter- Ensuring that promotions are loaded online with a high level of accuracy- Reviewing the online store daily, investigating & fixing any issues found- Liaising with the customer service team to solve customer queries in regards to online pricing & promotions- Training new staff & helping existing staff- Creating and sequencing sales categories for Shop Edits, Catalogues and Promotional events to ensure a friendly customer experience

During my time in this role I was responsible for content management for the Womenswear, Menswear and Cosmetics areas on the Myer website.This involved:- Engaging with stakeholders to ensure content displayed on e-commerce platforms is accurate, complete and provides the best possible experience for the customer- Routinely manage web content presentation and enhancing end user experience- Review and optimize content based on feedback, usage patterns and analytical data- Ensuring deadlines are met- Routinely checking the content on the site to ensure there are no errors or missing data- Assisting with Shop Edits, Catalogues and Promotions- In the first few months of this role I was also responsible for loading online promotions specific to my area as well as removing these offers once the promotion had ended (the process was changed after this)
