I founded the company in 2017 and am responsible for providing technical expertise and keeping pace with market advancements to guide the company's direction. I assist customers in building robust data and AI solutions utilizing Azure, capable of handling terabytes of data and hundreds of models.

As a Board Member of the Global AI Community, I am dedicated to fostering a community of individuals passionate about sharing their knowledge of the Azure AI stack. By creating a space for open exchange and collaboration, I aim to drive growth and learning in the field of AI.

As the Host of AI Talks, I have curated and facilitated over 50 events featuring community speakers to educate and inspire attendees about the Azure AI services and open source libraries. Through my efforts, I strive to create a dynamic and informative platform for learning and growth in the field of AI.

DataMinds is a public user group that brings together the Belgian Microsoft Data community. Our goal is to share experiences, enthusiasm and knowledge about Microsoft Data Platform.The methods we use to share knowledge vary from evening presentations over round-table discussions to our well-known yearly conference, DataMinds Connect.We welcome IT-Pros as well as developers, technical and non-technical people and everybody who wants to share experiences, ideas or knowledge about Microsoft Data Platform.

At Kohera, I received the opportunity to expand my skills from the traditional BI stack to the Azure environment. Management provided support for me to grow both personally and professionally, fostering my passion for sharing my expertise with the team and beyond. My interest and knowledge in data science and AI further developed through exciting projects and helped me communicate better with the business.As a member of the Cronos Group, I was encouraged to pursue entrepreneurial opportunities which led to my next experience. As the largest Belgian company fully dedicated to these areas, I have contributed to building extensive expertise in SQL Server consultancy, Business Analytics and Corporate Performance Management, helping clients find the best and most cost-effective solutions.

I initiated the development of a solution at Computer Solutions (now iDeeds) which was later acquired by Infohos Services. I was given the opportunity to continue the project in a leadership role, overseeing its deployment to various hospitals in the provider's portfolio. Alongside this, I also supported my colleagues in enhancing their data skills to improve other solutions.

Following in-house training on WKFS software, I was assigned to provide support to financial analysts at various customer locations overseas. I helped translate their ideas into practical solutions and reports using the available data. During this role, I served customers in Lithuania (1 year), Austria, and the Netherlands while working on-site.

After undergoing comprehensive in-house training, I was deployed to support customers with their data analytics challenges. Utilizing Microsoft SQL services, I designed and implemented high-performance data warehouse solutions using SQL SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and Power BI. With a wealth of expertise gained, I had the opportunity to lead the development of a data warehouse solution for the healthcare industry, engaging with customers to understand their requirements and delivering a custom solution.

My first professional experience was an internship with an NGO which gave me the opportunity to broaden my perspective through travel and make an impact by applying my skills. During this internship, I developed a web portal for the Ministry of Education in Kenya. The portal consisted of individual subsites for each department, enabling them to easily maintain and update their content.
