The types of agreements that I routinely prepared and negotiated were Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Software as a Service Agreements, and License Agreements. Additionally, I supported Horizon’s Sourcing Specialists as they prepared and negotiated Statements of Work that are governed by the MSAs prepared by myself and my colleagues.
