responsibilities:· Hire, train, evaluate and schedule employees· Ensure that customer service and food quality exceeds standards· Cash handling and reporting statistics to Upper Management.· Inventory Control – Order/buy milks, cups, and everyday shop items based on budget twice a week.· Back office duties – Organization of invoices, calculating employee hours, online ordering of everyday shop items, daily change box inventory- On Bar Management - Crafting beverages that exceed client expectations in a timely, efficient manner with exceptional customer service.
