• The Future 50 Foods initiative is a project conducted between WWF and Knorr outlining a collection of diverse plant-based foods from around the world that help incentivise a sustainable diet. The role involved.
• Conducting extensive research to identify current food trends and successful product characteristics of a plant-based dish.
• Developing a digital marketing campaign, targeting mainstream chefs to increase their use of sustainably sourced and nutritious ingredients.
• Creating copy and storyboards, supporting the design team with execution of the campaign.
