As a White House Advance Associate, I am responsible for managing the logistics and planning of presidential events, both domestically and internationally. Ensured all in-person events adhered to the campaign’s strict Covid-19 guidelines. Adapted all rally events to an outdoor drive-in style format, and took the lead technical role in adapting fundraising events to a virtual format. Responsible for coordinating and implementing logistics and strategic planning for events and public appearances of one of the nation’s most high-profile elected officials, I worked closely with the VP’s scheduling, press, speechwriting, intergovernmental, constituency, and policy teams, as well as entities and agencies across state government and beyond.Major projects included facilitating a socially distant campaign car rally attended by over 1000 vehicles, a hybrid-virtual fundraiser featuring President Obama that raised over $1.5 million, and multiple live-streamed campaign rallies and concerts viewed by over a million voters.
