• Use Oracle Suite to enter transactions in A/P and A/R modules and set-up payments via wire or check• Perform bank reconciliations and generate weekly and monthly cash reports using bank statements• Utilize GL Wand to track recurring and non-recurring expenses and revenues and analyze variances between forecasted budgets and actual performance. Identify assets, record short-term and long-term liabilities, and manage monthly accruals.• Prepare month-end closing and reconcile book discrepancies by posting corrective journals entries, track fixed asset depreciation, and support with yearly audits• Prepare tax return forms for annual filings.
