Current- Provided comprehensive technical support to Synchrony Financial clients, including troubleshooting, break-fix/swap, software/hardware/configuration, onboarding/offboarding, OS Enterprise enrollment, and imaging.
- Assisted in customer engineering for new hire class bundle enrollment, including the setup and shipment of Chromebooks along with Avaya phone and YubiKey security key configuration.
- Configured and shipped Yubikey security key USB drives for Synchrony Financial nationwide.
- Collaborated with Computacenter under a contract, providing on-site and remote support to address and resolve Dell laptop, MacBook, and Chromebook issues for their client Synchrony Financial.
