All while allowing managers to gather data and granularly manage access control to help power and inform their flexible real estate.

Founded out of my spare bedroom I continue to advise One Design Company a digital design, strategy and development agency. We’ve called Chicago our home for nearly a decade, nurturing strong roots in the local art, design and development communities. We work on all sorts of projects for organizations and businesses from the small, local, and boutique to some of the largest companies (and brands) in the world.

Rebuilding Exchange is a non-profit social venture with a mission to build a market for reclaimed building materials. We do this by diverting materials from landfills and making them accessible to the public for reuse, promoting sustainable deconstruction practices, providing education and job training programs, and creating innovative models for sustainable reuse.

We created one of the first software solutions to find and manage coworking spaces. Desktime's space management software was sold to MXDesk in 2016.Desktime makes it painless to rent shared spaces, empty desks, conference rooms or entire offices by the day, week, or month We're building the best tool online to help Space Owners share their extra space with the world by helping them bill, schedule and communicate with their customers.

Upon learning about Coworking before it was an essential international trend, we opened the first official Coworking space in Chicago affectionally called The Coop in ( the then up and coming neighborhood) Fulton Market. In 2011, as demand grew for coworking, The Coop decided to move downtown to Chicago’s River North neighborhood into an open and roomy 5,500+ sqft loft space growing from 8 desks to over 80 members.In 2013, we sold The Coop to NextSpace an operator based out of California looking for a Chicago hub as one of the first space acquisitions in the industry.
