Senior Manager Social Impact Partnerships
Current• Administered a budget of $9M and a Social Impact portfolio of 10 major non-profit partners, and two programs to accelerate growth for early-stage non-profit partners, resulting in a collective impact on over 450k people• Bring to life programs with partners by concepting, briefing in cross-functional partners, developing communication plans and navigating problems to increase program reach by 50k people in two years • Design and implement a robust internal communications strategy to communicate team mission, program success, and impact narrative across departments and senior leadership, resulting in increased external visibility and recognition of Purpose work among 12k employees• Collaborate with Business Units to integrate purpose initiatives and non-profit partnerships into campaigns, product launches and activation plans that allows visibility for partners to over 20M consumers• Influence the development of team vision, strategy, and interaction models, including presenting to thousands of different employees on impact work• Concept, implement and manage new head office processes for the team including team project tracking and reporting impact across non-profits, communities, and brand partners – reporting on the use of $37M annually• Managed a high-performing team of 2 members, coordinating initiatives, fostering collaboration, and maximizing productivity to exceed goals with partners
