 Maintains and improves the marketing systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, supporting better reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning Plays a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward increasing clientele Oversees overall marketing management, planning, systems and controls Management of agency budget in coordination with the Executive Director Attends regular meetings with Executive Director focused towards implementing marketing planning Develops and evaluates marketing strategies based on current market characteristics and company budget Devises pricing strategies while balancing customer satisfaction Formulates internet marketing activities based on company’s target market Directs the training activities of marketing staff, along with overseeing their daily performance Supervises and coaches office manager on a weekly basis

 Co-ordinate with local and foreign banks to monitor incoming L/Cs Liaise with advising banks regarding L/C confirmation Preparation of export documentations for negotiation ensuring all the documents sent are in compliance with L/C requirements Monitor incoming funds received for export bills and instruct the negotiating/collecting banks to take the necessary actions if payments are not received upon maturity Handling of Import Documentary Collections Prepare bank correspondence on matters pertaining to confirmation, acceptance or rejection of L/Cs
