Responsible for performing a key role in the day-to-day operation of the Customer Service team. I answer customer queries, process orders, manage service requests, and resolve issues through the appropriate channels.- Respond in a timely and efficient manner to customer inquiries ranging from orders, product availability, pricing, delivery, service requests, and billing via telephone and email;- Aide with order management cycle such as verifying quotes, processing purchase orders and scheduling sales orders;- Process customer credit card orders over the telephone;- Account and backlog management, proactively communicate changes and/or delays to mitigate critical issues due to shipping delays, where possible;- Coordinate with Logistics and Manufacturing departments to meet customers’ orders and expected product lead time;- Address service requests from customers and coordinate service part orders and service visit scheduling;- Initiate complaint handling process, as needed, and escalate issue to the appropriate departments for resolution;- Organize and maintain customer files and accounts, as needed.

- Leads a lean team in kitting raw materials into finished goods using SOP.
