The first being People Mentality Inc, one of APAC's top 10 Employer Branding consultancy firm that helps organizations become an Employer of Choice. His second company, Stories of Asia, focuses on empowering the Asian community with a voice through storytelling and mentorship. SEED mentoring is a social mentoring movement that was launched through SOA and have since grown tremendously in just a year. Finally, his latest venture, Personal Brand Lab, focuses on helping individuals to amplify their brand presence to unlock career and business opportunities. Sam has accelerated HR experience in market-leading companies such as Keppel Corporation and Changi Airport Group. His burning passion for HR has seen him take on a diverse range of roles in areas of Employer Branding, Talent Management, Business Partnership, Corporate Social Responsibility, Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement among others. As a trusted advisor, he has worked with leaders in various large and reputable organizations such as Samsung, L’Oreal, Prudential, Diageo, MSD, Singtel Group, Under Armour and more.As an HR thought leader, he is regularly invited to deliver keynotes at conferences globally. In addition, Sam has also been invited to share his insights as an HR expert on national TV and radio channels and be featured on major publications such as The Business Times and Straits Times. Most recently, Sam was awarded one of the Top Voices in 2024 by LinkedIn for his thought leadership on the platform as well as Top 100 Global HR Influencers 2023 by Engagedly Inc for his contributions in the HR space.Finally, Sam is also the youngest council member and ex-Vice President of the Singapore Human Resources Institute where he focuses on transforming the organization’s brand image.
