1. Responsible for providing the qualified candidates for clients’ job vacancies according to their expectations in an efficient manner;2. • Responsible for recruitment activities for around 10 Philips business units (in South China and industry), cover all Philips sectors including corporate, lighting, consumer lifestyle and healthcare• Conduct Full Life Cycle recruitment including Strategic workforce planning, intake meeting, sourcing, interviewing, hiring calibration, salary negotiation, reference/Background check and onboarding• Develop and evaluate sourcing channels from cost and effectiveness, keep good relationships with vendors and talents. • Source and approach talents proactively, set up and maintain a qualified talent pool for future talent request. • Prepare regular hiring report to Business, conduct bi-weekly/monthly hiring review meeting with business Head, influence hiring manager on hiring decision with professional Talent advisor knowledge and skills.• Participate in Ad hoc recruitment projects such as campus recruitment, overseas talent hiring, Talent Market mapping for specific positions or Industries.
