The Daimler Top Talent trainee scheme consisting of placements in multiple parts of the business over 18 months, including a three month period in Stuttgart at Daimler AG.- Mercedes-Benz Birmingham CentralA 5 months placement in a vibrant dealership in the centre of Birmingham; I was involved in a number of projects across all business areas. I gained an in-depth insight into the daily business of one of the most successful retailers in our network, which will no doubt help me through my future career.- Strategic Planning - MBUK VanMy second 5 month placement was spent within a fast growing Van division working on a number of strategic projects to ensure this growth can continue over the coming years. - Daimler AG Corporate StrategyWorking as part of the Trends and Analysis team in Stuttgart, Germany, this 3 month placement was focused around current and future strategy of our global business. I worked on two global strategy projects which will help shape the strategy of our company worldwide as we head into the future.- Mercedes-Benz Financial ServicesI spent my time here working as part of a new and exciting De-Fleet programme. This will change the way we handle the end of contract for our customers.During my time on the CAReer Programme I have also taken part in numerous training modules to aid my development as a manager, including international cultural training which took place in Pune and Bangalore in India.
