• Develop a number of models to analyse and review the current and future UK store estate for sales and profitability. Analysis completed at a site, region, store format and overall basis.• Development of the models required collaboration with Head of Property, Head of Property Finance, Local Planning Teams, Estates Maintenance Team, CFO and other senior management. The outputs from the model were used by the CEO, CFO and senior management.
