In May of 2021, I became an entrepreneur or solopreneur; I like to say. It's been a longtime goal of mine since my website went live in 2016. I'm looking forward to succeeding in this new adventure! It's part of the learning and growing process of being an entrepreneur. I GOT this!I have completed all of my marketing courses to earn my bachelor's in science degree with a concentration in marketing from Franklin University of Columbus, Ohio, at the beginning of August 2014. I also have an A.A.S. in graphic design/desktop publishing. I have worked in the graphic design industry for 15+ years. I have been lucky to have landed a marketing job immediately after graduating from Franklin University. I was the marketing coordinator for a local HVAC company for five and a half years. On February 19, 2020, I furthered my graphic design and marketing experience at the Central Illinois Ashley HomeStores for ten months. It was a great opportunity I don't regret leaving my job of almost six years to take. Although my time as the marketing coordinator was short, I appreciate the opportunities to enhance my skills and learn new things. The Google platform (Gmail, Google Meets, Google Sheets, Google Documents, etc.) and knowing a new type of retail marketing were things I learned while there. I also met some great people along the way. I enjoy running to keep in shape. I have a passion for cooking. I'm an amateur who can whip up some pretty tasty dishes, though. Trying different types of wines is an enjoyable hobby. Most importantly, I keep myself grounded and stay humble.Some say I have a personality that can be intimidating, goofy, quirky, and charming. That's just me being me! It's what makes me unique and stand out from the rest. 😊
