Preparing draft laws and regulations in priority sector (ICT);Review of legal norms affecting businesses and citizens against clear, standardised criteria;Assessing impact of regulatory burdens and their withdrawal;Developing specific recommendations and draft legal documents to simplify/abolish all legal norms that are not legal, needed, or cumbersome for businesses;Communication with civil and business communities, collecting and analyzing their proposals.

Main responsibilities:- day-to-day legal and advisory support of the IT, Logistics, Regulatory, Tax, Customs and other EBA committees;- verification and elaboration of lobbying position papers with relevant drafts of legal acts (when needed);- research of legislative acts and drafts which impact various operational and business practices of the EBA members;- EBA lobbying strategies drafting and verification;- contribution to effective Compliance Unit teamwork in legal support: contracts, legal opinions, internal procedures;- EBA representation at the meetings with state bodies, member companies and NGOs.

My daily activities were to- manage Enter New Markets project (help for companies interested in entering EU markets in cooperation with Mission of Ukraine to the EU)- represent the EBA at the Eastern Partnership CSF Working Group “Economic Integration & Convergence with EU Policies" (Brussels);- implement projects with foreign partners ("Small Business Act for Europe and DCFTA of Moldova, Georgia and Ukraine Using Experience of Latvia Overcoming Economic Crisis", "EaP - Information Society Instead of War")- advise the lobbying team/committees on EU related issues- communicate with foreign partners on new projects

Advise foreign companies on Ukrainian legislation regarding entering Ukrainian market (with following establishment of subsidiaries or representative offices and compliance).Full service support of NGO’s in Ukraine (tax, registration, bylaw etc.). Clients relationship management & Management of legal projects.Obtaining licenses and other permits for enterprises.
