My task was to grow our presence in the healthcare sector, specifically promoting our on-site upholstery service to dental practices, GP surgeries and hospitals. Created successful long-term partnerships with major corporate dental groups & hospital trusts. Set up sales / quoting process on BigChange JobWatch software.

My role was to oversee the opening of a new office in Rotterdam and recruit staff.

My role is to drive efficiency and improve performance within the business primarily through the BigChange JobWatch software.

I managed a number of customer accounts to ensure they were getting maximum benefit out of the software we provide. I am tasked with growing the accounts through building strong relationships and providing quick and high quality support. I also promote, organise and host hospitality events in the BigChange executive box at Leeds United.

I managed a team of report developers to ensure all work was completed on time and to a high standard. I also spoke with customers to understand their requirements and created specifications for the solution required. GPI was a specialist developer of modern healthcare premises.My role was to form and manage relationships with key personnel and organisations such as GPs, federations, super-partnerships, NHS England, CCGs, hospital trusts, STPs, MCPs etc and develop new business opportunities.

My role was very similar to the one I undertook at GPI with one notable difference being that it also overlapped with a sister company, One Medical Care, a primary care service provider. This helped increase my knowledge and understanding of primary care which enabled me to communicate with GPs more effectively.
