CurrentAct as liaison between the school and the community in the development of internship opportunities(paid and unpaid work experiences) for JAG students.• Serve as a resource to provide support for JAG graduates and their families as these student’stransition from high school to college and/or other post-secondary opportunities throughout the one year of follow-up (e.g. workforce, apprenticeship program, etc• Establishes ongoing partnerships with, businesses and industry, organizations or community agenciesto strengthen student learning and community engagement within the JAG schools.• Assists in the development of community service activities for JAG students to educate the communityregarding the JAG program.• Works with all school personnel and the staff at the WorkOne Centers, to coordinate employer contactsand resources.• Coordinates guest speakers and field visits for JAG class and individual JAG students.• Maintains communication with mentor organizations, employers and community organizations• Create awareness and appreciation for college within the high schools• Attends team meetings, open houses, job fairs, college fairs and recruitment events.• Pulls data for all reports that need to be compiled and submitted ensuring all deadlines are met.• Ability to compile, analyze and evaluate data, make determinations, and present findings in oral orwritten form.
