GAB Robins UK Ltd was acquired by Crawford and Company in December 2014. Crawford and Company is the world’s largest provider of claims management and related solutions to the risk management and insurance industry with a combined user base of 1400 in the UK. This is a leadership and technical hands-on role,, responsible for managing and supporting complex disparate Wintel infrastructures. Sam has gained extensive experience working on infrastructure integration projects, providing day to day management and support of the Crawford IT infrastructure. Providing consultancy, using his knowledge of the GAB Robins IT infrastructure. He was able to quickly learn the Crawford Infrastructure and hit the ground running, enabling change and business transformation. Undertook a SOX IT audit, to ensure US IT compliance.

Leadership and technical hands-on role, responsible for supporting and managing Wintel systems, Microsoft Infrastructure and MPLS network. Leading an IT Operations team, supporting 12 branch offices, 550 users and a co-located data centre.
